The staff were friendly and welcoming, unfazed by our number despite having customers already. We were served in good time with delicious hot food from a varied menu and specials board. Google review Came here with people from this quaint little village for a relatives Birthday lunch. Had pre booked so had reserved table for us. Had drinks in bar first, lovely friendly locals. We're the only people in restaurant to begin with, choice of food from main menu or blackboard, real nice choices. People we were with really enjoyed there meal, but my husband and I had chosen different to them and we're not keen on main dishes, but the deserts were really nice. The same girl seemed to be looking after bar and restaurant and did a great job. Very reasonable prices, nice friendly staff, and lots of different choices. They also have a lovely function room for special occasions, and little garden which is lovely in summer.October 2019

On Google my Business David 5 Stars"A lunchtime stop on a midweek White Cliffs Ramblers walk. What a find and a lovely surprise. Bright, Quiet, Real Ales from Fuller's and Cornwall and good food. Now planning my next visit as a dining location with friends. Can't wait to return."
